Team Overview

Being part of the Product regulatory team is being part of one of the most critical verticals of the business ensuring the product is complying with the local regulation while minimizing the impact over business.  As part of the broader service governance team, the product regulatory team focuses their efforts in fine efficiencies within the implementation reducing the friction for the users, including the point of view of multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, data driven mindset, prioritization capabilities, attention to detail and excellent execution. The role will demonstrate leadership in multi-skill projects and initiatives.

Role Responsibilities



  • Collect, extract, and process relevant information for regulatory and market analysis (e.g., Puebla GA Forms, evolution of third-party invoicing, CFDI issuance tracking).




  • Develop and maintain dashboards and visual reports to monitor key indicators and facilitate decision-making






  • Create and manage data repositories, including the development of templates and necessary coding for standardization and access to information






  • Collaborate in the preparation and design of presentations and communication materials




  • Plan, configure, and schedule internal and external communication campaigns related to regulatory matters






  • Conduct market intelligence studies and surveys to identify regulatory trends, risks, and opportunities




  • Ensure regulatory compliance through proactive research and analysis




  • Collaborate with several supporting areas like marketing, product,legal and GA and user research to support projects



Role Qualifications



  • At least 3+ years of data analytics, product, business consulting, investment banking or operations management experience




  • Data science, engineering, economics or other analytically-focused academic background. All backgrounds are welcome if you see yourself suitable in a highly analytic environment




  • Experience with data-based decision-making, exercising good judgment in ambiguous circumstances, and effectively communicating across a diverse team. Previous professional experience in tech companies, or  analytical and operational roles is preferred




  • Advanced knowledge in Excel is a must




  • Demonstrated experience using programming languages or tools for data extraction and analysis such as SQL (a must), Python, Power BI, Tableau, etc.




  • Great attitude and hands-on approach




  • Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed and eager to take ownership of tasks




  • Proficiency in English & Spanish




  • Strong verbal and written communications skills




  • Detail-oriented, hands-on and strong teamwork mindset. Self-motivation with a strong affinity for problem solving, driving action, and strong project ownership
