Team Overview

As a Junior Designer, you will support the Design Hub and the broader marketing team in bringing digital marketing campaigns to life. You will assist with the design of various creative assets, from in-app ecosystems to social media graphics, website elements, email templates, and advertisements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in fintech and develop their skills within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Role Responsibilities


  • Supporting the Senior Copywriter and working closely with the Design Senior Manager and the Design Project Manager by designing visually compelling digital assets for various platforms (in-app, websites, social media, email campaigns, landing pages, etc.).

  • Creating design elements that align with our brand identity and communicate our messaging clearly and effectively.

  • Assisting in the layout and design of marketing materials, including but not limited to infographics, banners, display ads, and presentations.

  • Working with copy and design teams to ensure cohesive and visually appealing content across all channels.

  • Collaborating with other designers and stakeholders to ensure consistency and quality across all design assets.

  • Taking feedback and revisions to improve design iterations and meet project requirements.

  • Helping to maintain and organize design files, assets, and templates for future use.

  • Continuously learning and staying up-to-date with the latest design trends.

Role Qualifications

  • +3 years of experience in graphic design at a company, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your creative skills and design work (freelance projects are welcome, but we want to see experience working with brands).
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other design tools (Sketch).
  • An understanding of digital design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and user experience (UX) basics.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills with an eagerness to collaborate with cross-functional teams and take constructive feedback.
  • Knowledge or a growing interest in fintech or digital marketing is a plus.
  • A strong eye for detail, a passion for creativity, and a desire to learn and grow in the design field.
  • A basic understanding of responsive design for web and mobile platforms is helpful but not required.
  • An enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
