Team Overview

We are seeking a Jr. CKA Exclusivities Manager with a focus on local industry brands to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in identifying, acquiring, and managing key accounts by breaking existing exclusivity agreements and building new, strategic partnerships.


As part of the acquisition strategy team, the role requires strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the local market landscape. Over time, this position is expected to grow into a Sr. Manager role with leadership responsibilities, including the potential to build and lead a team of Business Developers.


This is an individual contributor role with high visibility and impact across the organization.

Role Responsibilities


  1. Acquire top local accounts by breaking existing exclusive or semi-exclusive relationships.

  2. Negotiate and offer exclusivity agreements to strategic partners to strengthen long-term relationships.

  3. Contribute to the development of a brand acquisition strategy by city and category, aligned with overall business goals.

  4. Monitor and analyze market trends to map exclusivity landscapes at a national level.

  5. Protect and retain existing local partners by proactively preventing competitive exclusivity takeovers.

  6. Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with partners through regular, value-driven engagement.

  7. Lead and coordinate go-to-market campaigns for newly acquired brands (e.g., promotions, ads, marketing efforts), working closely with internal teams.

  8. Implement and track key acquisition and exclusivity KPIs to measure success and ensure continuous improvement.

Role Qualifications


  1. Fluency in English (business level).

  2. Proven negotiation skills with the ability to create win-win solutions for stakeholders.

  3. Solid commercial experience, particularly in business development, sales acquisition, or account management. Industry connections are a strong plus.

  4. Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with a data-driven decision-making approach.

  5. High social adaptability; comfortable engaging across diverse cultural and organizational contexts.

  6. Hunter mentality – proactive, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and competitive.

  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment, showing flexibility and initiative.
