Team Overview

This is not a typical planning role. This is a rare opportunity to shape and scale the food business from zero to one — designing the commercial engine that will drive sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and strategic impact across the country. You’ll be the architect of how we forecast, plan, and track our commercial performance, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.


We’re looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, gets energy from building systems and rituals from scratch, and knows how to turn data into clarity and action. Above all, we want someone with a champion heart — a people-first leader who cultivates a collaborative culture, inspires those around them, and embraces every challenge with ownership and optimism.

Role Responsibilities



  • Build the commercial planning structure from the ground up, including forecasting, target-setting, performance tracking, and strategic reviews.




  • Be a thought partner to the sales and operations leadership teams, helping translate business goals into executable plans.




  • Lead key strategic initiatives to accelerate restaurant acquisition, improve efficiency, and unlock new growth.




  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, analytics, product) to ensure alignment and execution.




  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team with a focus on collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
