#LI-HybridWe’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Operations Intern to join our TA team and support recruitment processes across LATAM. This person will play a key role in keeping our recruiting engine running smoothly, helping with candidate tracking, reporting, system updates, and coordination across teams.

Support day-to-day operations of the Talent Acquisition team.
Help manage and update candidate data in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring teams.
Organize referral tracking and reporting.
Prepare and maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation.
Collaborate with recruiters and coordinators to streamline workflows.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose solutions.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program (preferred: Business, Psychology, HR, or related fields)
Strong organizational and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with ATS tools is a plus
Eagerness to learn and take initiative
Advanced English skills are required;
