Team Overview

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in Mexico. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and delivering accurate and timely payments.

Role Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:


·         - Process payroll for employees in Mexico in compliance with local regulations and company policies.


·         - Ensure accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings, and deductions.


·         - Maintain and update payroll records and employee data in payroll systems.


·         - Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate data flow and reporting.


·         - Prepare and submit government-mandated reports (e.g., IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT).


·         - Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.


·         - Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and tax regulations.


·         - Support internal and external audits related to payroll.

Role Qualifications

Qualifications:


·         - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


·         - Minimum of 6 years of experience in payroll processing in Mexico.


·         - Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law, social security, and tax regulations.


·         - Experience with payroll software and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, or similar).


·         - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.


·         - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.


·         - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


·         - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
