Team Overview

Join us as a Driver Marketing Sr. Analyst and help shape how we connect with thousands of drivers every day! In this role, you’ll take ownership of crafting smart, data-driven marketing strategies that boost awareness, engagement, and usage of our driver loyalty program and partner benefits. You’ll dive deep into understanding driver needs and pain points to deliver communications and solutions that truly resonate. From in-app messaging to full-funnel 360° campaigns, you’ll help develop communications that are clear, relevant, and user-first. You’ll collaborate closely with passionate cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns that don’t just inform—they inspire, educate, and drive real business impact.

Role Responsibilities

Research and User understanding: 




  • User insight & strategy: Partnering with Research team to deeply understand user needs and with a problem-solving mindset propose communication strategies that effectively address main pain points, creating user value and driving brand preference.




  • Message testing: Partnering with operations to run A/B testing for in-app messages and identify top-performing formats, copy, and positioning to escalate and further understand our target audience. 




  • Communication strategy development: Crafting compelling value propositions by translating user benefits into clear, consistent messaging across owned channels and 360° campaigns.




Project management and campaign execution: 




  • Campaign planning and execution: Building briefs and lead end-to-end campaign development and implementation with internal teams and external agencies, ensuring timely delivery, message consistency, and brand alignment.




  • Strategic messaging: Developing and execute data-driven communication strategies to increase awareness and usage of the driver loyalty program and partner benefits through in-app and digital channels.




  • Performance analysis: Analyzing campaign performance and connect communication outcomes with business impact, providing insights and optimization recommendations.




  • Driver engagement initiatives: Leading planning and logistics for digital activities like webinars or online trivias, ensuring content relevance and strong project management.




  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partnering with operations, partnerships, and loyalty teams to understand business priorities, proactively contribute to strategic projects, and manage initiatives accordingly across teams.




 

Role Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.



  • 3-4+ years of relevant experience gained in marketing, consulting or related field




  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build strategic narratives, communicate proactively, and engage cross-functional teams through compelling storytelling, case sharing, and clear decision framing.




  • Fast learner and adaptable to change: ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in a matrixed organization / fast-paced environment




  • Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret marketing KPIs and performance data.




  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing dashboards or analytics tools.




  • Ability to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects.




  • Strong verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish.
