Team Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and highly creative Communication and Culture Senior Analyst to join our Sales Operation team at DiDi Food. This role will be integral to shaping how DiDi Food communicates with our sales force, while ensuring that our core commercial values and culture are authentically represented across various channels. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in communications, a flair for creativity, and marketing knowledge to help elevate and anchor our business culture internally.


 

Role Responsibilities



  • Develop and Execute Communications Strategies: Create innovative communication plans to effectively promote DiDi Food’s business culture and core commercial values. Ensure that messaging is consistent and resonates with diverse audiences across multiple channels.




  • Content Creation & Copywriting: Produce high-quality, compelling content that showcases DiDi Food’s unique culture and offerings. Collaborate with design teams to create engaging visual and editorial content.




  • Brand Storytelling: Craft and share impactful narratives that highlight DiDi Food's journey, mission, and success stories. Ensure these messages align with our business culture, values, and goals.




  • Cultural Insights & Strategy: Leverage deep knowledge of the company’s culture to ensure that all communications are culturally relevant and sensitive. Identify key cultural trends that can influence communication strategies and product development.




  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams for communication-related inquiries. Build strong relationships to foster culture advocacy.




  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze the performance of communication campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization based on KPIs such as cultural alignment, engagement, and ROI.




  • Market Research & Trends: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor communications, and consumer behavior to proactively adjust communication strategies.




 

Role Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.




  • 3+ years of experience in communication, marketing, or public relations roles, with a focus on creative strategy and brand management.




  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful communication and marketing campaigns, preferably within the food delivery or e-commerce sectors.




  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English




  • Strong creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate fresh, compelling ideas that capture audience attention.




  • Expertise in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation software.




  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and leadership.




  • Strong understanding of cultural dynamics and how to tailor messaging to resonate with diverse audiences.




  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance, measure effectiveness, and adjust strategies as needed.




 


Desirable Skills:




  • Experience in the food delivery or tech industry.




  • Familiarity with marketing and media relations.
