Team Overview

To build a bright future for international food delivery merchants, our team focuses on the merchant - side product management of items. Leveraging technology and products, we empower merchants to manage their offerings. In this role, you’ll dive deep into the core operations of global merchants in food delivery, and help shape tools that keep merchants vibrant and efficient within the ecosystem.

Role Responsibilities


  • Participate in product requirement analysis and data analysis for the international food delivery merchant - side product direction. Dig into market trends, merchant needs, and pain points, using tools like SQL to interpret data and gain insights.

  • Contribute to product design for item management, helping create a high - quality and efficient experience for merchants to handle their products.

  • Engage in daily communication for business requirements, product function training, and copywriting calibration. Act as a bridge between teams, ensuring alignment in delivering a smooth merchant experience.

  • Coordinate and drive cross - functional collaboration (operations, product R&D, etc.) to implement solutions. Turn ideas into action, troubleshoot roadblocks, and keep projects on track.

Role Qualifications


  • Proficiency in both Portuguese and Chinese – your key to seamless communication with our merchants and operations teams.

  • The ability to intern continuously for 6 months or more, with graduation in 2026 or later. We aspire to grow alongside you on this long - term journey.

  • Knowledge of basic big data theories and hands-on SQL skills – use data to tell stories and drive product decisions.

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in São Paulo; overseas study experience is a plus. Bring diverse perspectives to our international team.
