Team Overview

The Growth team drives key initiatives through cross-functional collaboration. Working closely with Product, Marketing, and Commercial, we execute campaigns, optimize pricing and promotions, and improve growth-related product features. As a Growth Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting initiatives that fuel our company’s growth, leveraging data, experimentation, and creativity.

Role Responsibilities


  • Supporting the development and execution of integrated campaigns to generate user growth (e.g., themed, seasonal, category-based), and in-app communication strategies to drive new customer acquisition and retention. 

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless implementation of pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and in-app communications. Utilizeing tools such as banners, pop-ups, and push notifications to maximize campaign impact.

  • Continuously tracking and analyzing key metrics (e.g., new user volume, retention rate, and repeat order behavior) to refine strategies. 

  • Researching competitors, market trends, and user behavior to identify new opportunities for growth. 

  • Supporting the testing, measurement, and iteration of growth experiments to drive scalable results.

Role Qualifications


  • 1 - 2 years of experience in Analytics, Growth, User Operations, or a similar role at a tech company, marketplace, retail or startup. Experience in Perfomance Marketing is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive decisions. SQL knowledge is a plus.

  • Experience working with campaign management tools, CRM platforms, and in-app messaging tools.

  • A hands-on executor who is detail-oriented, highly organized.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

  • Fluency in English (working language).
