Team Overview

At 99Food, Sales Enablement is the bridge between strategy and execution. We are responsible for equipping our Business Developers (BDs) with the right tools, knowledge, and motivation to deliver excellence in the field. As our Sales Enablement Intern, you’ll support the coordination of learning initiatives, creation of field-facing content, and execution of trainings that impact hundreds of salespeople across Brazil.


This internship is ideal for someone organized, people-oriented, and passionate about helping others grow through learning.

Role Responsibilities



  • Assisting in the organization and execution of onboarding programs, training sessions, workshops, and huddles.




  • Supporting logistics and operational excellence in learning activities: invites, reminders, calendar blocks, attendance tracking, follow-ups.




  • Helping create and maintain sales materials such as playbooks, pitch scripts, job aids, FAQs, and checklists for BDs.




  • Collaborating with Enablement Specialists to gather field feedback and iterate on training experiences.




  • Assisting with survey collection, feedback analysis, and reporting on training effectiveness.




  • Participating in the design and maintenance of our internal Sales Knowledge Base (Google Drive, Notion, Confluence, etc.).




  • Bringing creativity and energy to learning experiences that truly engage and empower the sales team.



Role Qualifications



  • A student background in Business, Psychology, Education, HR, Communications, or a related field.




  • Interest in training, learning and development, sales communication, and behavioral design.




  • Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.




  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Calendar); Canva or Notion is a plus.




  • A hands-on, proactive mindset with a desire to support and grow within a dynamic team.
