Team Overview

At 99Food, Sales Enablement plays a critical role in driving performance, consistency, and scalability across our national commercial team. We operate in a fast-paced, competitive environment where every sales interaction matters — and where great enablement is a key driver of growth.


As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you’ll join a strategic team responsible for empowering our sales force with the tools, content, processes, and insights they need to perform at their best. This position is designed to be versatile and cross-functional, supporting different areas of Enablement including training operations, communications, CRM excellence, and sales engagement initiatives. Depending on your background and business needs, you will help us strengthen critical initiatives related to performance, structure, and field adoption.

Role Responsibilities



  • Supporting the execution of sales training programs, onboarding flows, and capability development initiatives.




  • Collaborating with Sales, Ops, and Marketing to create and manage sales content such as playbooks, scripts, templates, and job aids.




  • Assisting in the planning and execution of sales campaigns, communications, and recognition programs, fostering engagement across the sales force.




  • Acting as a point of contact for CRM processes, supporting data hygiene, tracking, and sales pipeline visibility.




  • Helping monitor the adoption of sales tools and systems, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting change management.




  • Supporting field communications, huddles, learning rituals, and feedback loops to keep teams aligned and motivated.




  • Contributing to the design and continuous improvement of the Sales Knowledge Base, including documentation and best practices.




  • Tracking key enablement KPIs and generating insights that guide strategic decision-making.



Role Qualifications



  • Proven experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or commercial training.




  • Strong organizational and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.




  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to work cross-functionally with clarity and influence.




  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent), learning platforms, and enablement tools.




  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and comfort with data-driven decision-making.




  • Experience with project coordination, content production, or internal communications is a plus.




  • A hands-on, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting high-performance sales teams.
