Team Overview

As part of the Marketing team, you will work on cross-functional projects regarding 99Pay brand development in Brazil. You will collaborate with different teams, bringing brand and consumers’ perspective to create solutions. Our daily work includes communicating and collaborating with teams from multiple product lines and third party agencies.


You'll be tasked with growing brand awareness, consideration, and brand image for the 99Pay business unit, always searching tor the most efficient and engaging way to do it.


 

Role Responsibilities



  • Support managers to build campaigns end-to-end, including the creation of project briefs, project management, calendar and budget control, coordinating deliveries with agencies




  • Be the interface for Operations Teams, based both in Brazil and in China. Supported by Marketing leaders, understand Operations needs, prioritize initiatives and, when needed, negotiate SLAs for delivery. 




  • Translate Operations requests into clear and comprehensive briefings to the advertising agency.



  • Evaluate, orient changes, suggest alterations and approve creative materials.


  • Manage in-apps campaigns - from design and message evaluation (created by the agency)  to implementation.




  • Active participation in the evaluation and suggestion of product improvements.




  • Track competition and keep teams updated about their moves to support decision making.




  • Track market research results and consumer insights to understand brand challenges and contribute to marketing plans. 




  • Tell the 99Pay stories. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our Operations, Insights, PR, CX teams to define the Fintech narratives and help make sure it is told consistently and repeated frequently in all of our communications among the 99 user base




  • Develop ownership, be proactive, and be inventive to support the goals and initiatives from Marketing team.



Role Qualifications



  • Fluent English Required;




  • Structured thinking/decision-making skills: Face complex challenges and simplify them;




  • Data-driven: Find a way to get the data you need and turn the data into real solutions and action plans, dividing it into short, mid, and long terms;




  • Strong communication skills: open to deal and influence different cultures and work profiles




  • Familiarity with social media and digital marketing strategies




  • Knowledge (even from the user's perspective) about the digital wallet market in Brazil




  • Easy to deal with numbers and organizing payment flows (budget control)




  • Studying Administration, Marketing, Advertising



  • 6-12 months of work experience can be a differential


  • Curiosity, Constructive criticism, willingness to learn.
