We’re looking for a Brand Strategy Manager who’s not just brilliant at connecting the dots, but who sees the whole chessboard—from culture and creativity to data and business growth. This is a role for a sharp thinker, bold doer, and culture shaper who believes brand is a business driver.
You’ll connect the business ambition with the brand vision to create the MKTG plan for passengers — strategically, creatively, and commercially.
Partner closely with Insights, Growth, Product, and Media teams to create strategies that land with users and move the business needle.
Lead and brief teams at the level of Julian Cole — structured, insightful, inspiring.
Turn brand health trackers, market data, trends and user signals into clear opportunities for brand and product to grow.
Identify barriers, tensions, and passion points of users to shape messaging, campaigns, and innovation that matter.
Guide the creation of culturally relevant campaigns and initiatives that build love and drive sales.
Bring a sharp POV on media strategy—able to challenge plans, optimize mixes, and spot smart risks.
Lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders with clarity, energy, and conviction.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, knowing when to zoom out for the big picture and when to go deep in the detail.

6–8 years of experience in brand strategy, planning, or marketing strategy—ideally in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
Proven experience developing integrated brand strategies across ATL, digital, content, and product.
Strong understanding of media, comms planning, and creative development.
Experience working with or within business stakeholders, creative/media agencies.
Familiar with brand health tracking, user research, and data-led brand decision-making.
Excellent storytelling and brief-writing skills.
