Team Overview

At 99Food, we believe our restaurants are at the heart of the experience we deliver. The Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading initiatives that bring our brand to life inside our partners’ locations and across their customer touchpoints. This role will drive adoption, visibility, and engagement through trade activation, POS excellence, and restaurant-facing programs that help grow our business and theirs.

Role Responsibilities



  • Developing and executing the trade marketing strategy to increase restaurant readiness, online rate, and engagement with promotions.




  • Designing scalable programs to support restaurant onboarding, trade dress, visibility materials, and brand compliance across all cities.




  • Owning the creation and deployment of POS materials, merchandising guidelines, and toolkits to elevate 99Food’s presence at the point of sale.




  • Collaborating with Regional Marketing, Commercial, and Restaurant Marketing teams to plan and activate local trade campaigns aligned with city operation and revenue goals.




  • Leading the development of training and engagement platforms for restaurants, including courses, loyalty programs, and benefit initiatives.




  • Tracking adoption and execution of trade marketing initiatives, generating insights to continuously optimize impact.




  • Managing external agencies and suppliers for production, logistics, and deployment.



Role Qualifications



  • 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, field marketing, or retail marketing roles — ideally in food service, consumer goods, or tech marketplaces.




  • Strong project management skills and a track record of executing high-impact trade initiatives at scale.




  • Experience working closely with commercial teams to drive adoption and performance in partner networks.




  • Knowledge of how to measure trade marketing effectiveness and optimize investments.




  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.




  • A proactive, hands-on mindset and passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment.




  • Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English.
