#LI-HybridYou will be part of the team of Quality, Safety and Security inside of our core operation focused on providing the best experience to customers. The main goal of this area is from the user needs and marketplace balance understanding how to establish a winning strategy to create the platform's governance controlling quality offenders and unsafe conditions. We are a team that is never satisfied with the status quo, always searching for a better way to make our platform better and safer. Our environment is inspiring and FUNNN, everything we do contains large doses of passion and commitment. You will be able and be expected to connect business needs to data-driven insights, performing research, stakeholders management, OKR setting and research. The team is international with peers across Latam, Brazil and China mostly, covering a broad set of subjects from Anti-fraud and Infosec to AI and Product Innovation.
Performance management: Oversee the development and implementation of management control systems to monitor performance and ensure the achievement of organizational objectives by the whole department, with direct impact to Company's OKRs;
Financial Management: Acting as controller of the department budget and expenses, ensuring high level of accuracy and efficiency, working with our FP&A and HQ teams;
Internal Governance: Streamline our people time and resources' allocation reducing inefficiencies and optimizing productivity, enabling a healthy work-life balance;
Data Monitoring: Using analytics tools to monitor critical data and ensure dominance over redline's, Transform complex tech tools into “easy to take” info for all stakeholders.
Connecting data analysis, research into a smooth framework with a clear business path;
Risk Management: Be the liaison of the risk management process focused on mapping vulnerabilities, liabilities and potential items to be mitigated both internally and externally with a predictive and preventive mindset;
Team's Skills management: Support leadership mapping team-member's skills gaps and prepare trainings, workshops and other development tools leveraging support from other team leaders and HR;
Delivery management: Be the liaison of the area's delivery train, supporting both business and functional verticals to keep deliverables pace and quality;
Internal Comms: Responsible for giving visibility to other teams on the advancements of our department, leading business narrative throughout the company making the most of our collaborative environment to be referenced in transparency and accountability.
Ability to analyze and provide top-management executive summaries
Mastery of Management Control frameworks
Familiarity with VBA is a plus
Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
Stakeholder management skills able to influence multiple levels of the organization.
