Team Overview

We are looking for a motivated, high-spirited person, with structured thinking, good communication, good interpersonal relationships and, of course, a person that is super proactive and well organized to manage the launch of new safety features. To be successful in the position, you must have knowledge about project management, great communication skills with national and international stakeholders and bring solutions to enhance the user's safety reality and perception. This position is part of the Quality, Safety & Security Team, dedicated to enhancing marketplace efficiency through a strong focus on quality perception and safety culture. Within this team, the role is situated in the Strategic Solutions Area, where our mission is to develop features focusing on improving user safety in the platform. You will have a very close contact with Product and Quality teams in both Brazil and China - but you may also have contact with other local teams such as Operations, Anti-Fraud, Growth, Public Relations, Governmental Affairs, Legal, etc.

Role Responsibilities

Impacting on user's day-to-day experiences Serving all internal clients and proposing innovations regarding user safety features, communicating with national and international stakeholders. Supporting business teams by managing projects. Creating playbooks and business plans for Product requests Impacting highly on the app features

Role Qualifications

Years of Experience: 1~3 years Soft Skills: Hands on, Well organized, Proactive, Independent, Self Motivated, Good interpersonal skills/ Communication with national and International Stakeholders Hard Skills: Project Management, Product Management, Data Analytics, Product Lifecycle Advanced English is a must. Educational Background: Engineering, Administration Preferred Industries Experience: Tech Industry
