Manage large quantities of data for insights gathering and determining actions. Ownership of product development pipeline, AB testing and roll-out plans. Creation of new initiatives and dashboards to more efficiently share best practices around marketplace incentives. Constant analysis of data to understand day-to-day behavior of our drivers and passenger base. Optimize the efficiency KPIs through operation tools and programs based on the robust data analysis. Collaboration with several supporting areas like marketplace operations, product, and user research to improve overall marketplace experience.
