#LI-HybridWe’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead and evolve strategic partnerships focused on user acquisition within our Mobility business. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing scalable partnership models, ensuring operational excellence, and driving sustainable growth. This is a high-impact role requiring cross-functional leadership, sharp business acumen, and strong relationship management across a dynamic partner ecosystem.
Prospect new partners, design tailored partnership models, and lead negotiations, including commercial terms and performance expectations.
Lead the operational strategy and execution of user acquisition partnerships across multiple cities or regions.
Design and implement growth and engagement strategies focused on efficiency, quality, and long-term sustainability.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and operational roadmaps.
Manage a broad network of internal and external stakeholders, including partners, cross-functional leaders, and support teams.
Monitor key performance indicators related to operations, user experience, and compliance—driving consistent improvement.
Champion capability-building and a performance-driven culture across field teams and external partners.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
8+ years of experience, including experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales.
Proven ability to influence and negotiate in complex, decentralized environments.
Structured thinker with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Resilient and adaptable in fast-paced, ambiguous contexts.
Fluent in English.
