Team Overview

Here,  in this role you will have the opportunity to:




  • Gain valuable insights into industry trends and real-world operations;




  • Collaborate and grow alongside professional and passionate colleagues;




  • Accumulate hands-on experience through actual projects and enhance your overall skills;



Role Responsibilities


  • Collect, organize, and analyze data related to the business (AHT, volume, CR’s etc.);


  • Assist in the creation of reports and dashboards to track performance indicators;




  • Propose improvements based on data insights to enhance internal workflows;




  • Contribute to testing and implementing new tools or processes focused on the vendor




  • Help our vendor with the requests, access and process doubts that may occur. 




Assist our specialists in daily duties as requested.

Role Qualifications



  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field;




  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;




  • Comfortable working with numbers and interpreting data;
    Intermediate skills in Excel or Google Sheets;




  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.




Nice to Have




  • Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Looker Studio or Google Analytics;




  • Basic/intermediate knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools.




  • English advanced is a big plus;
