Team Overview

As a Sr. Operations Analyst in the Empowerment team at DiDi Shop, you will take ownership of regional performance analysis, prepaid card and supply distribution tracking, and shopper operational insights. You’ll drive data-backed decisions, propose optimizations, and support project execution that impacts DiDi Shop’s grocery delivery success across Latin America. You’ll serve as a key operational partner for regional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities


  • Own the development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools that track KPIs related to courier/shopper performance, card usage, supply inventory, and service levels.

    Lead data analysis and insight generation to support strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency.

    Monitor regional trends in cost per order, complation rate, activation rates, and make actionable recommendations.

    Coordinate directly with vendors, warehouses, and finance for card production, delivery planning, and reconciliation.

    Support the rollout and optimization of pilots, incentives, and new processes across cities and countries.

    Act as a bridge between ops and product/tech teams, helping to translate operational needs into system improvements.

    Prepare materials and recommendations for leadership reviews and regional strategy planning.

Role Qualifications

3+ years of experience in operations, strategy, analytics, or supply chain roles.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.) is highly valued.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with large data sets.

Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Vendors, or similar stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple projects with a strong sense of ownership and prioritization.

Clear communicator, proactive collaborator, and detail-oriented.

Spanish fluency required & English professional proficiency
