Team Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Manager to join our Mobility business in a rotational, generalist role. This is a unique opportunity for a sharp, execution-oriented leader to gain a 360º view of our operation across core strategic areas including pricing, planning, user acquisition, loyalty, promotions, product experience, and engagement before taking on an operational leadership role with P&L accountability. This is an individual contributor position to start, designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-change environments, enjoys solving complex business problems, and brings a pragmatic balance of strategic depth and rapid execution.

Role Responsibilities

Rotate across key verticals (e.g., pricing, planning, growth, loyalty, experience) to develop a deep understanding of the business and core operational levers. Drive strategic analyses and actionable insights to support high-impact decisions across growth, efficiency, and user experience. Design and execute pilots and initiatives with clear ownership of results and speed of delivery. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and analytics teams to align execution with strategic goals. Transition into a leadership role with full ownership of business KPIs, financial performance, and operational delivery.

Role Qualifications

Strong analytical thinking with the ability to synthesize complexity and drive toward practical, scalable solutions. A bias for action: pragmatic, hands-on, and comfortable with ambiguity and fast decision-making. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. High resilience, humility, openness to feedback, and willingness to learn across diverse areas. Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments. Background in management consulting and/or experience in high-growth, dynamic markets.
