Team Overview

We're looking for a organized and experienced Facilities Senior Analyst to join our Admin & Facilities team supporting our Driver Centers across the Spanish-speaking Latin America (SSL) region.

Role Responsibilities

The Facilities Senior Analyst will assist with overseeing third-party general vendors for Driver Centers, monitoring operational expense and performance. The Facilities Senior Analyst will support the Manager with day to day management in each Driver Center.

In this role, you will have these responsibilities include but are not limited to:



  • Continual focus on Member Experience through Improvement plans.

  • Act as the liaison between the customer experience team and the DCs team for any special projects.

  • Proactive approach to Operational Standards, Safety, Communication and Cost Management.

  • Maintaining budget for reactive Service Requests outside of standard contract.

  • Oversee all Preventative Maintenance Programs across Driver Centers.

  • Responsible for audit to the payment process for Driver Centers rental.

  • Raise Purchase Orders for Facilities Team (Add-Ons and other Projects, Building Openings & Exits)

  • Visit México Driver Centers, to conduct walkthroughs and raise awareness of possible improvements.



Key Result Areas



  • Maintain supplier and vendor performance of quality and cost across the portfolio.

  • Provide support in all off contract projects and services.

  • Increase operational effectiveness and efficiency of Driver Centers.

Role Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Hospitality or related fields.

  • Proficient in English.

  • Availability to work onsite and travel around the country.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management, maintenance or other related industry.

  • Excellent communication skills across multiple staffing levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to define and assess problems and implement solutions. Strong attention to detail, problem solving and time management.

  • Experience working with multiple vendor partners.

  • The ability to build relationships and work cross functionally in a high paced environment.

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office package.
