We’re looking for a Masterbrand Manager who thinks like a strategist, moves like a creative, and builds brands that people don’t just recognize - they connect to. 8 - 10 years of experience in brand management, creative strategy, or integrated marketing.
Proven experience developing and executing brand campaigns across multiple channels and markets.
Strong understanding of brand positioning, messaging, architecture, and storytelling.
Solid grasp of consumer behavior and cultural nuance across Spanish-Speaking Latin America.
Skilled at turning complex business goals into actionable brand strategies.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to shape strategy and optimize performance.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset—you can lead big-picture vision and get in the details.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
