#LI-HybridAs part of 99Food’s Growth Marketing team, the Lifecycle Engagement Senior Analyst will help bring to life our most critical user-facing campaigns — from exclusive promos and selection stunts to high-converting lifecycle journeys. This role is hands-on and cross-functional, combining data-driven execution with creative planning across in-app, push, email, social, and digital surfaces.
Partnering with Data, Creative, and Product teams to build full-funnel journeys that convert users at key lifecycle moments — from first trial to reactivation.
Creating and maintaining dashboards to track campaign impact on metrics such as ROAS, EFOs, R-Burn, retention, and conversion rates.
A/B testing campaign variants and continuously optimizing performance through iterative learning.
Supporting campaign calendar management and helping prioritize key launches across seasonal, product, and promotional themes.
Contributing to commercial reaction plans, feature adoption strategies, and funnel conversion playbooks.
A strong analytical mindset and working knowledge of tools like SQL, Looker, or Tableau.
Experience coordinating cross-channel campaigns that blend performance with creativity.
Familiarity with CRM and campaign orchestration platforms (Braze, Salesforce, or similar).
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple teams and priorities.
Passion for testing, learning, and growing within a fast-moving environment.
