Team Overview

 As a Marketing Analytics Senior Analyst at 99Food, you’ll play a crucial role in helping the Growth Marketing team make smarter, faster, and more data-informed decisions. You'll be responsible for tracking and analyzing the performance of user and restaurant marketing campaigns, identifying business opportunities, and supporting strategic planning through actionable insights. This is a high-impact role with visibility across city operations, campaign strategy, and investment planning.

Role Responsibilities



  • Building and maintaining dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, conversion rates, ROAS, restaurant online rate, and user engagement (EFOs, RTBO).




  • Supporting the marketing and commercial teams by setting campaign targets based on segmented data (city, restaurant tier, user type).




  • Performing post-campaign analyses to understand business impact, optimize investment efficiency, and fuel future planning cycles.




  • Contributing to investment allocation decisions by analyzing historical performance across channels and moments.




  • Tagging and tracking user cohorts based on engagement, value, and conversion potential to enable precise targeting.




  • Collaborating with Lifecycle, Restaurant Marketing, and Regional Marketing teams to guide optimization strategies and share key findings.




 

Role Qualifications



  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or performance analysis.




  • Solid command of SQL and data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.




  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to synthesize large data sets into clear insights.




  • Hands-on experience measuring campaign performance, calculating ROAS, and informing channel strategy.




  • Strong communication skills to share insights with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.




  • Fluency in Portuguese and working proficiency in English.
