Team Overview

Join our team at 99 as a Categories Operations Analyst! In this role, you'll play a key part in identifying new business opportunities and ensuring a balanced marketplace that delivers a good experience for both passengers and drivers. You'll be the focal point for initiatives across our diverse portfolio of categories, including 99Plus, 99electric-Pro, 99Taxi, and more. Our portfolio aims to expand our core services, meet specific passenger needs, and open up new markets for the company.


The operations environment is fast-paced and data-driven, so we're looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to connect different variables into actionable insights. Communication skills are essential, as you'll collaborate with various stakeholders, including teams from Marketing, PR, Product, and B2B.

Role Responsibilities


  • Monitor the operations of each category, providing performance insights to the team

  • Design passenger profile segmentation and engagement strategies tailored to each category

  • Analyze incentive strategies to understand efficiency levels and identify improvement opportunities

  • Develop location-specific analysis to uncover opportunities and address operational challenges

  • Create presentations to share operational insights with stakeholders and foster strategic discussions

  • Propose and validate category-specific use cases and value propositions to enhance operations

  • Support ad-hoc analyses in collaboration with other team members

Role Qualifications


  • An analytical profile with advanced knowledge of data tools (Excel / Database / SQL)

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with cross-functional stakeholders

  • Experience building and delivering impactful presentations

  • Sharp analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills

  • Willingness to learn and contribute to category expansion initiatives

  • The ability to thrive in a diverse and dynamic environment

  • A background in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or other related fields

  • Advanced or fluent English

  • Base location in São Paulo
