Team Overview

We are seeking a meticulous, innovative, and people-oriented Corporate Travel and Apartments Manager to take ownership of developing and enhancing global travel programs. This role will focus on crafting forward-thinking policies, maintaining the relationship with vendors & landlords leveraging internal technologies to drive program efficiencies, and advancing compliance of Travel policy across all aspects of Corporate Travel. You will be the dedicated point of contact for all business travel-related matters, offering support, resolving issues, and safeguarding the well-being of travelers, also will oversee all travel information development & accuracy for the global DiDi Offices.


The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of the Travel industry, excel in creating globally compliant programs, and possess exceptional interpersonal skills to accommodate diverse cultural and professional needs.


 


 


 

Role Responsibilities

Global Travel Management




  • Follow & develop the  implementation of the current global travel policy aligned with business needs and cost control objectives.




  • Manage relationships with global travel providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, TMCs, travel booking platforms).




  • Program Management: Oversee global corporate travel programs, leveraging innovative internal technologies to simplify processes and enhance efficiency.




  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure traveler adherence to travel procedures and company policies, mitigating risks and addressing regulatory requirements globally.




  • Vendor Relationships: Manage partnerships with third-party travel agencies and negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements with travel & hotel  providers.




  • Support and Assistance: Assist colleagues with their corporate travel needs, resolving any issues promptly and professionally. Exemplify calm and professionalism in high-pressure scenarios.




  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on new Travel technologies, industry trends, and global travel requirements to drive program enhancements and innovation.




  • Global Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on international travel regulations, customs, currencies, and corporate insurance policies.




  • Provide support for executive and VIP travel arrangements with confidentiality and attention to detail.




  • Analytics and Reporting: Identify travel trends, look for ways to improve travel programs, find cost savings, and deliver monthly updates to leadership.




  • Communication and Cultural Sensitivity: Work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds to promote inclusive, respectful experiences for all travelers.




Corporate Housing & Apartments Management




  • Establish and manage a global network of corporate housing providers, serviced apartments, and short-term rental solutions.




  • Negotiate lease agreements and partnerships for apartments and housing solutions across key business locations.




  • Develop standardized housing guidelines, check-in/out procedures, and property inspection checklists.




  • Coordinate the setup, furnishing, maintenance, and utilities for company-managed accommodations.




  • Manage employee relocation and temporary housing needs in coordination with HR and mobility teams.




  • Track occupancy, lease expirations, and costs to ensure efficient housing portfolio management.
