Team Overview

DiDi Fintech's mission and vision​ is to become a leading digital bank. The business team is responsible for strategy formulation, business expansion, and serving as a bridge between the local market and headquarters to ensure seamless project and product execution.

Role Responsibilities


  • Financial Product Development & Innovation: Design and launch innovative deposit account products and services, including but not limited to term deposits, savings box, and more, and develop product pricing and fee strategies to ensure market competitiveness and profitability;

  • Financial product strategic planning: Conduct in-depth market research to analyze customer needs, consumption trends, and the competitive landscape. Formulate product development strategies to identify new market opportunities and potential risks.

  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all deposit products and related activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal compliance policies;

  • Product Launch & Implementation: Collaborate closely with other parties, including Product, Tech, Marketing, etc., to drive the successful launch of deposit products with proven product-market fit;

Role Qualifications


  • 7+ years of professional and financial industry experience, especially financial product manager or operations in Fintech;

  • Ability to work well with a diverse international team and cross-department cooperation, with strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Fluent in English;



  • Even better if:

    • experience working in a fast-paced internet startup,

    • experience working with international partners in different time zones and cultures,

    • experience working in fintech, internet industry;
