Team Overview

Are you a passionate, hands-on superstar? We’re looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our Ride Hailing team for the SSL (Spanish Speaking LATAM) market. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced, dynamic industry. As part of the marketing ride hailing team, you will support day-to-day marketing operations, help bring campaigns to life, and learn how to build a strong, customer-centric brand in the ride-hailing space. This internship offers exposure to integrated marketing work across both digital and offline platforms. 


We’re on the lookout for a creative, analytical and motivated person who wants to begin a career in the Marketing team, by joining us as  Rides Marketing Intern. This internship offers exposure to integrated marketing work across both digital and offline platforms.


 

Role Responsibilities



  • You will be providing vital support in Marketing Daily User Campaigns (on and off), Analytics, Reporting and Social Media actions. 




  • Deep dive in user understanding  to identify qualitative insights and improvement opportunities.




  • Support relevant market research and A/B tests to identify user insights




  • Benchmark analysis and reporting, highlighting relevant insights. 




  • Supporting in-app Marketing campaigns impacting growth.




 

Role Qualifications



  • Students of bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business Administration, or related Education)




  • Fluent strong English 




  • Strong analytical thinking skills.




  • Knowledge and interest in data applied to business and marketing.




  • Deeper interest in Marketing plans and key strategic actions to impact brand and business growth. 




  • A hands on team player. 




  • Have creative thinking. 




  • Strong follow up, project management skills.




  • Obsess about data to make decisions. 




  • Strong follow up, project management skills are required. 




  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively with a team.
