We are looking for a creative and innovative marketer with strong expertise in 360° marketing campaigns and a deep understanding of media. The ideal candidate combines a user-centric mindset with insight into locally relevant trends, ensuring impactful, results-driven outcomes.

This role reports to the Spanish-speaking LATAM Passenger Brand Field Marketing Manager.
Translate high-level strategy and positioning into actionable, locally tailored deliverables such as integrated marketing campaigns, communication frameworks, and value propositions.
Connect the business ambition to brand vision to build a maneaningful brand positioning in the category.
Stay informed about market trends and top-performing brand campaigns that establish local benchmarks.Uncover locally unique and culturally relevant marketing opportunities, aligned with business priorities and fueled by insights from user research to enhance engagement.
Develop and execute Marketing campaigns providing input into key messaging and creative briefs.
Use internal and external data to find relevant insights that transform into effective marketing plans and SoMe actions and content.
Use data-driven thinking approach for decision making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market plans.
Analyze marketing data to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Media knowledge, understanding and strategic feedback.
Have +4 years of experience implementig result-oriented integrated regional marketing campaigns, research/insights, brand strategy, equity positioning, channel & comms planning, and campaign measurement & reporting.
Proven local media knowledge.
Proven experience launching and optimizing integrated marketing Brand 360 campaigns. Full understanding of integrated planning, able to drive a full funnel approach
Business Acumen: fully understand the role of marketing communication on driving sales and revenue growth. Proven experience on launching sales activation campaigns with uplift on key business metrics
Critical Thinking: skillfully analyze problems using brand models or tools, generate a structured approach to solve problems.
Able to solve issues within the functional area supported by data and consumer insights
Creative: able to generate innovative approaches to address problems
Consumer centric: User value creation analysis; definition of sources of growth based on user and desk research.
