Team Overview

We are looking for passionate, data-driven and collaborative people to be part of our team. If developing strategies focused on the business growth and managing important data analysis make your eyes sparkle and motivate you to go beyond, this is a suitable position for you.

 

You will be joining a team of people with diverse backgrounds and skill sets, working together to achieve higher goals.

Role Responsibilities


  • Supporting on the development and management of operation campaigns, focused on the growth and engagement of the user base;

  • Conducting deep data analysis regarding campaigns results and actions;

  • Supporting with business discussions and creation of strategies for the fintech features;

  • Handling internal stakeholders requests;

  • Challenged to fast learn and adapt to a very dynamic environment;

  • Leading yourself and different types of projects;

  • Analyzing the market looking for new opportunities that are being offered to users and how they can be used inside our platform.

Role Qualifications


  • Soft skills as of a team player, collaborative, eager to learn new things, smart and organized;

  • Good organization and priority definition abilities, as well as strong communication and leadership skills;

  • Major related to Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or Finance-related, with expected graduation until the end of 2026

  • Desire to work with operations management and strategies development;

  • Portuguese and English are a must, other languages would be a plus.
