The Driver Growth team at DiDi is responsible for driving the end-to-end onboarding and lifecycle management of new drivers across Latin America. Our scope spans multiple acquisition channels, conversion funnel, product, CRM strategies, and lifecycle engagement programs—across product lines and regional markets. We operate at the intersection of data, product, and operations, with a strong emphasis on analytical rigor and user-centric thinking.

As a member of the Driver Growth Strategy & Planning (S&P) team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing high-impact strategies to accelerate driver acquisition and onboarding across Spanish-speaking Latin America. Your scope will span multiple growth levers—including acquisition channels, conversion funnels, onboarding products, and CRM initiatives—with the goal of driving sustainable growth and operational excellence.
You will be responsible for identifying and sizing new opportunities, benchmarking cross-industry best practices, and translating insights into actionable plans. A core part of your mandate includes budget planning and allocation across Growth sub-teams, aligning resources with evolving business priorities and operational KPIs.
In this highly cross-functional role, you will lead strategic initiatives in collaboration with teams such as Business Intelligence, Operations, Finance, Pricing, Legal, and external partners. You’ll drive alignment across stakeholders, coordinate complex projects, and monitor performance across geographies and product lines to ensure timely course correction and long-term impact.
Key responsibilities include:
Designing and strategizing initiatives to drive efficient driver acquisition and onboarding, ensuring efficient execution delivery through Growth sub teams
Overseeing key performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing corrective actions.
Designing, strategizing, managing cross-functional projects end-to-end, from strategy to execution.
Building strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution.
Creating and analyzing dashboards to surface insights and growth opportunities.
Navigating complex, ambiguous problems with data, critical thinking, and agility.
Driving a culture of experimentation and rapid learning through structured testing.
Increasing participation and impact of key driver programs through awareness, engagement, and continuous iteration.

We’re looking for someone who brings both analytical rigor and hands-on problem-solving to the table—someone who thrives in dynamic environments, takes ownership, and enjoys collaborating across teams. A strong academic background, with a Bachelor’s / Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Actuarial Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
At least 4-6 years of professional experience in consulting, investment banking, S&P, growth, tech ops or similar roles, preferably in tech-driven environments.
Leadership: a motivator and influencer, with a talent for building high-performing teams.
A data-first mindset, with a strong interest in analytics. Experience with tools like SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages
Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and a solid understanding of how to design and interpret experiments to guide decision-making.
User Centric: able to understand what users need and want, and how our Value Proposition aligns with that.
Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets), and a natural ease when working with new platforms or database tools.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills to engage diverse teams and stakeholders.

Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems creatively, and deliver impact quickly.
