Team Overview

We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Senior Business Analyst to support our Fintech line of business in Mexico. This role is critical in enabling localized insights, shaping product strategies, and supporting operational execution through data. You will partner closely with regional and global teams across Product, Growth,Engagement, Risk, and Operations to help drive key initiatives that serve our customers in Mexico.

Role Responsibilities


  • Leading business analysis efforts for Mexico’s fintech offerings, including credit, payments, and digital financial products.

  • Translate local market dynamics into actionable insights by analyzing customer behavior, product performance, and financial metrics.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders in Mexico and regional/global teams to support go-to-market strategies, product enhancements, and regulatory initiatives

  • Monitor and report on key business metrics through dashboards and performance reviews tailored to the Mexican market.

  • Conduct deep dives and cohort analyses to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for growth or optimization.

  • Support the development and assessment of pricing strategies, risk policies, and customer engagement initiatives.

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency by aligning with data engineering and governance teams.

  • Mentor junior analysts and promote a strong data culture within the local business unit.

Role Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis or analytics, preferably in fintech or financial services.

  • Solid command of SQL and Python, along with a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies and coding languages as needed.

  • Deep understanding of the Mexican financial market, including customer behavior, regulatory environment, and local fintech trends.

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

  • Experience in product performance tracking, financial modeling, and decision support.

  • Fluency in English.
