Team Overview

We are looking for and execution oriented person, with great data skills, to be part of one of the most amazing start-ups in the Food category across LATAM. As a Pricing Sr. Analyst - Data Science, you will be responsible for supporting the team with analytical data to implement strategic initiatives that will help us bring the best value proposition to our couriers. In this role, you will lead several tests and some projects in wich you will need to interact and collaborate with cross-functional teams like Marketplace, Product, Supply Growth, among other teams. In addition, you will need to have a strong sense of accountability and stakeholder management to align with our leadership on the different aspects that will be impacted by our pricing strategy.

Role Responsibilities


  • Apply Advance Analytics techniques (ML, regressions, clustering) to support the operations and help them understand hidden patterns in data

  • Design, configure and run experiments (AB Tests) to understand courier behaviour and patterns

  • Design dashboards that support the operations and keep track of main indicators

  • Communicate with stakeholders and work with a multidisciplinary and multicultural team (China & Latam) 

  • Design, create and Launch data automations that synthesize information for the business stakeholders

Role Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related field

  • Seniority of 4+ years in business in total, with proven experience in operations or growth roles in tech, consulting firms or a similar industry

  • Strong analytical skills, with a track record of using data to support business decisions

  • Demonstrated ability in building and manteining relationships with cross-functional teams

  • Proficiency in Excel is a must (Advanced SQL and Python proficiency are a must / Machine Learning and AI proficiency are a plus)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Advanced english level
