DiDi Egypt Marketplace Team is responsible for driving the operational strategy and fostering engagement across all active passengers and drivers in the country. We work closely with global teams across product, algorithm, and data science, combining business acumen with deep local insights to launch innovative projects that shape the future of mobility.

Plan and execute incentive campaigns to drive user growth, improve retention, and optimize operational ROI.
Assist in the development and configuration of localized pricing strategies, ensuring both competitiveness and profitability.
Conduct user study, including rider and driver surveys and interviews, to gather local insights and improve service experience.
Collaborate with product and support teams to identify and resolve pain points in the app experience for both riders and drivers.
Monitor performance metrics, analyze city-level data trends, and proactively suggest optimization initiatives.
A passion for problem-solving and the curiosity to deeply understand diverse user behaviors.
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English to effectively interact with internal teams and external users.
A proactive, self-starter mindset—someone who’s not afraid to get out in the field, take initiative, and make things happen.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
