The role will be responsible for providing legal support to DiDi Food team in Mexico, mainly to Business Development and Key and City Keay Account teams. This position aims to provide legal solutions on a variety of topics, with a special focus on contracts and general corporate matters. The position would be based in Mexico City and will report to the Legal Director Corporate & Product in Mexico.
Working in collaboration with Business Development and Key Account teams to ensure that new business (restaurants) onboarding and long-term relationship is conducted in accordance with the applicable legal provisions;
Supporting the business on the negotiation, drafting and approval of commercial agreements, as well as T&C’s for promotion campaigns;
Reviewing SoP’s and protocols regarding the different needs of legal services.
3+ years of legal experience, with a strong background on corporate matters;
Law degree from a Mexican university;
Legal knowledge on commercial transactions and ability to provide advice on different type agreements;
Strong communication skills;
Fluency in English;
Experience in Transportation and/or Tech industries is a plus.
