We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Data Analyst to join our team and support data-driven decision-making across our commercial, operations, and product catalog functions. This role is critical in analyzing the performance of promotions, enhancing user retention strategies, and identifying opportunities to increase customer value through advanced analytics and machine learning.
This role will be essential in supporting the commercial team by leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making across our grocery delivery operations. We need someone who is analytical, results-oriented, and capable of turning data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with the commercial team to identify growth opportunities through data analysis.
Analyze customer behavior and purchasing patterns to optimize Co-invest campaigns and promotions.
Evaluate promos and investment to provide data-driven recommendations
Define and monitor key commercial KPIs with focus in commercial growth
Create recurring and ad-hoc reports for key stakeholders.
Design, build, and maintain and track key commercial metrics:
Promotional Performance Analysis
Evaluate the ROI and payback period of commercial promotions.
Provide insights to optimize promotional strategies for improved business impact.
Retention and Frequency Strategy
Analyze customer frequency and retention metrics at both business and brand levels.
Develop actionable strategies to enhance customer lifetime value.
Cross-Functional Data Synergies
Identify and implement data synergies across Operations and Catalog teams.
Streamline processes to improve data utilization and business collaboration.
Qualifications
Knowledge in Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and model development.
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker).
Hands-on experience with A/B testing and ROI analysis
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
