Team Overview

As a Commercial Planning Sr Manager, focused on our B2B Ride Hailing Business ( trips for Companies) you will play a key role in leading the planning and resource allocation of the business 99 Empresas, our entreprise solution. 


You’ll work closely with the Sales & Ops  Teams and cross-functional partners (Analytics , FP&A and Strategy, Credit & Collections), leveraging data and performance insights to drive decision-making and coordinate the core performance of ride hailing for Client Companies.


This role demands leadership along several teams,  analytical mindset, trade off thinking,  proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvements.


Your contributions will directly impact the development of Sales Targets, Performance Tracking , Data management and the launch of new projects. 


You will also manage the FP&A analyses, processes and interfaces , impacting our financial responsabilities and business decisions within our company (from Budget/Forecasts/Reports/Business Cases, till Procurement and Accounts Payable routines, also leading our intern).

Role Responsibilities

 



  • Analytics: Using internal and external data to bring insights to improve our operation.


 



  • Strategy and Innovation: Being active in chasing opportunities and being propositional in new tests and approaches together with related peers, and rollout projects for execution.


 



  • Supportive : Supporting the launch thresholds construction and pre-launch activities tracking, also to our partners teams, on commercial data and financial routines. 


 



  • Ambitious on Target Setting: Understanding business needs and goals, then translating them into targets for the sales team.


 



  • Interpersonal Relationships: Being close to the sales team, handling day-to-day interactions, and maintaining a continuous improvement mindset.


 



  • Focused on Results: Monitoring and reporting on performance.


 



  • Be Resourceful and Priorityze/Guide actions: Taking ownership of B2B growth and doing everything possible to support and enhance the quality of our services and commercial execution.

Role Qualifications

 



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration or related areas.


 



  • 5+ years of background with previous experience using data to lead and support commercial business decisions.


 



  • Exceptional skills in leadership, problem solving, analytical thinking and communication.


 



  • Demonstrated record of positively owning and leading initiatives and projects at your organization.


 



  • Advanced English.


 



  • Advanced knowledge in Excel.


 



  • Knowledge of SQL or Python.


 



  • Experienced with Financial Planning Cycle (Budget, Forecast, Analysis, Procurement, Provisions, Accounts Payable) and Strateic Planning. 


 



  • Previous experience in commercial planning is a plus.
