Team Overview

We're looking for someone to boost our Fintech Cash loan business. As the product manager of Didi Cash loan, we hope you have experience in the Cashloan product, and are very familiar with the Mexican local Fintech market. Also, have good communication and collaboration skills. 


You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers and work with Marketing, Customer Experience, Legal, and Localization teams to bring real solutions to life. We’re seeking a curious, organized, and proactive individual who thrives in ambiguity, asks great questions, and loves solving problems. If you're someone who enjoys turning insights into action and wants to understand how tech, data, and customer needs intersect, this is your launchpad. Expect hands-on exposure and real impact.

Role Responsibilities


  • Deeply understand users. Conduct competitor and user research to gain deep user insights.

  • Building internal and external user feedback channels, identifying user pain points, and building resolution mechanisms.

  • Complete PRD and follow up on projects, deliver product features, and enhance product experience

  • As a hub between the local operation team and the Chinese Product & Tech team. helping the operations team improve the retention rate and activity rate


 

Role Qualifications


  • More than 3 years of experience 

  • Bachelor's or above degree

  • Soft Skills - 1. Good at communication. 2. User perspective thinking. 3. Goal-oriented 4. Data-driven

  • Hard Skills - 1. Good at product design software. 2. Good at ABtest & data analysis 3. Good at project management

  • Preferred Industries Experience: Fintech credit card

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
