#LI-HybridWe are looking for an intern to provide support to our Channel Management team and kick-off his/her/the career within the Ad Operations team. This role is perfect for someone who has passion for marketing, strategy and numbers. You'll support our Brazil team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day execution of some of our most important campaigns while identifying trends and surfacing insights.

Learn to execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across:
Google App Campaigns (UAC) and Search (Web)
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
TikTok Ads
Programmatic platforms (e.g., DV360, Liftoff)
Track and manage campaign pacing to ensure delivery within budget and timelines
Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency
Build and maintain weekly reports and dashboards using advanced Excel skills
Implement and refresh ad creatives according to testing plans and content calendars
Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, in a multicultural team environment
Bring innovation in our ad operation processes leveraging on the most recent AI tools
Educational Background: Studying a marketing or business-related engineering degree.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, charts, data validation)
Detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills
A team player with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Comfortable working in English – this is a must
