We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & Facilities Senior Analyst to support the efficient and safe operation of our offices in Mexico. This role is key in delivering a positive workplace experience, ensuring compliance with EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) standards, and managing daily facility operations, budgeting, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills and a customer-focused approach to supporting employees and vendors.
Coordinate and oversee day-to-day facilities operations across multiple office locations.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance plans are executed efficiently for all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
Manage and liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Support annual budgeting processes and monitor operational expenditures against budget plans.
Track and manage facilities-related costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Maintain accurate records of office assets including equipment, furniture, and supplies.
Coordinate procurement, allocation, and disposal of assets as needed.
Serve as a point of contact for facility-related inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
Drive initiatives to enhance employee comfort, safety, and overall workplace experience.
Support office events, space planning, and relocations when necessary.
Ensure compliance with all local Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) regulations and internal policies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement and monitor safety protocols and emergency preparedness plans.
Promote a culture of safety, wellbeing, and sustainability within the workplace.
