We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Analyst to join our User Operations team. In this role, you will leverage advanced analytical skills to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and operational excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, work directly with senior leaders and contribute directly to the achievement of DiDi food objectives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Conduct in-depth analysis of large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
Develop, monitor, and optimize KPIs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Design and deliver impactful reports, dashboards, and presentations tailored to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure data-backed decision-making.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and high-quality deliverables.
Provide strategic recommendations through scenario modeling, forecasting, and market analysis.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R) for data analysis and visualization.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
Professional fluency in both English and Spanish.
Nice-to-Haves:
2–4 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or data analytics, ideally within the technology, consulting, or high-growth corporate sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and presenting insights to senior leadership.
