5+ years of experience in talent acquisition analytics, HR reporting, or a similar data-focused role, with proven expertise in automating reports and metrics.
Fluency in English (both written and verbal); additional languages (e.g., Spanish or Portuguese) are a plus for regional collaboration.
Hands-on experience creating or influencing the development of dashboards and visualization tools, with proficiency in Tableau (experience with other tools like Power BI or Google Data Studio is acceptable).
Demonstrated ability to coach stakeholders on data-driven decision-making, with examples of influencing business outcomes through analytics.
Proven experience leading change management initiatives, including training teams on new tools and driving adoption of analytics processes.
Experience applying predictive analytics to forecast trends and inform strategic decisions in talent acquisition or related fields.
Experience working in a global, matrixed organization, navigating stakeholder priorities and delivering service-oriented solutions.
Willingness to work in a hybrid model based in Mexico City or São Paulo, with flexibility for occasional travel or virtual collaboration across time zones.
Preferred Skills and Attributes:

Experience partnering with remote analytics teams (e.g., in Asia-Pacific regions) to co-create solutions.
Knowledge of data governance, privacy regulations, and ethical AI practices in HR analytics.
Strong project management skills, with a track record of building roadmaps and delivering incremental value from inventory assessments to full automation.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a bias toward action in ambiguous environments.
