About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Talent Acquisition (TA) Reporting and Analytics Lead to transform our global TA organization through advanced analytics and automation. As an individual contributor in a manager-level role, you will own the end-to-end reporting and analytics function, moving our currently manual processes to efficient, automated, and self-service systems. You will collaborate with global stakeholders, including our China-based People Analytics team, to build scalable analytics solutions that empower leaders to make proactive talent decisions. This role requires a passion for leveraging data, driving change, and fostering a culture of analytics-driven excellence in a fast-paced, international environment.

Role Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a comprehensive inventory of all current metrics, reports, and processes tracked within the global TA organization, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and implement quick-win enhancements to streamline manual tracking, followed by a long-term roadmap for automating metrics, reports, and analytics workflows.
  • Develop or influence the creation of interactive dashboards and self-service reporting tools to enable stakeholders to access real-time data without manual requests.
  • Automate routine reports and metrics using tools like Tableau or similar platforms, reducing dependency on manual interventions.
  • Coach and advise global stakeholders (e.g., TA leaders, HR partners, and business executives) on interpreting data, deriving insights, and making evidence-based decisions to improve talent acquisition outcomes.
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new analytics tools and processes, including training stakeholders on self-service platforms and fostering a data-driven culture.
  • Apply predictive analytics to forecast talent acquisition trends (e.g., talent demand, hiring pipeline needs) and proactively recommend strategies to optimize recruitment outcomes.
  • Navigate competing stakeholder priorities effectively, providing tailored analytics support and acting as a service-oriented partner to align on business needs.
  • Monitor TA performance metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness) and recommend optimizations based on trends and benchmarks.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices in TA analytics, automation, and predictive modeling to continuously evolve our capabilities.

Role Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition analytics, HR reporting, or a similar data-focused role, with proven expertise in automating reports and metrics.

  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal); additional languages (e.g., Spanish or Portuguese) are a plus for regional collaboration.

  • Hands-on experience creating or influencing the development of dashboards and visualization tools, with proficiency in Tableau (experience with other tools like Power BI or Google Data Studio is acceptable).

  • Demonstrated ability to coach stakeholders on data-driven decision-making, with examples of influencing business outcomes through analytics.

  • Proven experience leading change management initiatives, including training teams on new tools and driving adoption of analytics processes.

  • Experience applying predictive analytics to forecast trends and inform strategic decisions in talent acquisition or related fields.

  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization, navigating stakeholder priorities and delivering service-oriented solutions.

  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model based in Mexico City or São Paulo, with flexibility for occasional travel or virtual collaboration across time zones.

Preferred Skills and Attributes:

  • Familiarity with TA-specific tools and platforms (e.g., ATS systems like ICIMs, HRIS like SuccessFactors).

  • Experience partnering with remote analytics teams (e.g., in Asia-Pacific regions) to co-create solutions.

  • Knowledge of data governance, privacy regulations, and ethical AI practices in HR analytics.

  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of building roadmaps and delivering incremental value from inventory assessments to full automation.

  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a bias toward action in ambiguous environments.
