We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Marketing Operations Intern with a strong focus on finance and procurement processes. In this role, you will support budget management, financial analysis, and some purchase processes to ensure smooth operations between marketing, finance, and procurement teams. You will also contribute to process automation that would help generate business insights that improve decision making.
Key Responsibilities
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes.
Consolidate and create financial reports for accurate reporting and forecasting.
Assist in preparing and reviewing forecasts, accruals, amortizations, and P&L statements.
Prepare financial presentation materials for management reviews
Assist in budget tracking, forecasting, and financial reconciliations for marketing initiatives.
Support the team when necessary on procurement processes purchase requisition and purchase orders and payments
Support automation of financial and operational reports.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Strong interest in forecasting processes, accruals/amortization, P&L statements, and budget management tools.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (experience with financial modeling tools is a plus).
Knowledge about tools for automating dashboards and data reporting.
Experience with Power BI would be a strong plus.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.
Advanced English and Spanish is mandatory.
