We're looking for a passionate and experienced Treasury Sr. Manager to lead our Fintech team, who enjoys directing company’s financial actions, enhance banking cooperation, maximize cashflow efficiency and ensures 100% compliance of local regulations. As Didi's fintech Treasury Sr. Manager, you will design company's business plans to ensure correct operation, risk control and regulation compliance. You will also lead negotiations with Banks to get optimal rates, best interest payout in our investments and loan facilities to boost DiDi's financial performance.   Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as  Manager in Treasury, Finance or Banking.

  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics. Masters in Finance desirable.

  Knowledge in Mexican bank and financial regulation and expertise in investment and debt negotiations.

  Proficiency in Cashflow forecasting, financial modeling, treasury systems, payment channels, Excel.

  Fluent communication in spanish and english mandatory. Having a third language and multicultural background is also highly valued.
