About the Role


We are looking for a Sales & Planning Specialist to join our Commercial Team. This role is key to ensuring our sales execution is aligned with the company’s strategy, providing visibility and analysis that supports decision-making, and enabling sustainable business growth.


 

Role Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities




  • Commercial Strategy Alignment: Work closely with the commercial leadership team to align sales initiatives with the overall business strategy;




  • Sales Planning: Develop, monitor, and optimize sales forecasts, budgets, and growth targets;




  • Performance Tracking: Build reports and dashboards to track commercial performance against KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to improve results;




  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure commercial plans are executable and well-supported;




  • Market & Business Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and internal data to identify growth opportunities and risks;




  • Process Improvement: Propose and implement tools, methodologies, and best practices to strengthen planning and execution within the commercial area;




  • Partner & Client Support: Provide data-driven insights to strengthen relationships with key partners and clients.




 

Role Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus);




  • 4 – 6 years of experience in sales planning, commercial strategy, or business analysis (experience in FMCG, retail, or tech industry preferred);




  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, or similar);




  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;




  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment;




  • Strategic mindset with attention to detail and execution.
