Team Overview

As a User Operations Intern at DiDi Food, you will be a key contributor in transforming raw data into actionable insights that empower marketing teams and streamline daily operations. Your core mission will be to analyze complex datasets, extract meaningful trends, and build clear visualizations that support decision-making. By turning numbers into narratives, you will help drive more effective campaigns, optimize operational processes, and ultimately enhance the overall food delivery experience for millions of users.


 


 

Role Responsibilities

Responsible for:




  • Data Extraction & Processing: Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from internal systems to ensure accuracy and usability;




  • Insight Generation: Identify trends, behavioral patterns, and anomalies that can inform marketing strategies and operational improvements;




  • Visualization & Reporting: Build dashboards and reports (e.g., in Google Sheets, Power BI) to present insights in a clear and actionable way;




  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate key marketing metrics (CTR, conversion, retention, LTV, churn) to optimize ongoing campaigns;




  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, operations, and product teams to translate data into strategies that enhance user experience;




  • A/B Testing & Experimentation Support: Assist in the design, execution, and analysis of tests to validate hypotheses and improve decision-making;




  • Data-Driven Recommendations: Propose actionable initiatives based on quantitative insights to improve personalization, customer engagement, and operational effectiveness;




  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain clear documentation of methodologies, reports, and dashboards to ensure reproducibility and alignment across teams.




 

Role Qualifications

Skills: 




  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Intelligence, Industrial Engineering, Business or  Data Science;




  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify actionable insights;




  • Basic knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn for data querying and manipulation;




  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Google Data Studio, or similar);




  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data handling and reporting;




  • Understanding of marketing metrics (CTR, conversion, retention, churn, LTV) and their business impact;




  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;




  • Strong communication skills to translate technical findings into clear, business-friendly insights for non-technical teams;




  • A proactive learner, curious about data-driven decision making in marketing and operations;




  • Team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
