As a member of the Logistics Business Unit operations team, you’ll have a great opportunity to design and implement initiatives across all Brazil's market and continuously enhance customer online and offline experience thru our product and operations. The Logistic's BU helps individuals and businesses to solve their daily challenges of moving goods, making their life better everyday.


This data driven role calls for a rare combination of analytical thinking & inter-personal ability to manage operations, sales and stakeholders. 99Entrega is our last mile delivery service, using cars, motos, utilitaries, vans and small trucks. Be prepared for a hectic, fast paced and challenging environment!

Role Responsibilities



  • Execute Short-Term Balancing Acts: Monitor live dashboards (e.g., driver supply, order volume, wait times) and trigger pre-defined tactical plays (e.g., incentive campaigns, promotional blasts, targeted communications) to balance the marketplace.




  • Manage Hyper-Local Strategies: Oversee the execution of city or zone-level strategies for user acquisition (both shippers and carriers) and engagement to maximize match rates and fulfill SLAs.




  • Lead Incident Response: Direct the response to real-time operational issues (e.g., weather disruptions, system outages, demand spikes) to minimize impact on users.




  • Analyze & Optimize: Conduct post-mortems on performance shifts, A/B test incentive campaigns, and provide daily insights to inform the strategic plans of the Head of Central Operations and the algorithmic models of the Marketplace Architecture Manager.




  • Team Management: Hire, train, and manage a team of operations analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and rapid execution.



Role Qualifications



  • Proven Tactical Execution: 5+ years of experience in real-time operations, marketplace management, or supply/demand coordination within a high-volume, on-demand environment (e.g., ride-hailing, delivery, gig economy).




  • Data-Driven Decisiveness: Expert analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) to monitor performance and make quick, informed decisions under pressure.




  • Levers & Incentives Expertise: Hands-on experience designing and deploying tactical levers such as surge pricing, driver incentives, and promotional campaigns to influence user behavior.




  • Leadership & Communication: Experience managing a team in a shift-based or 24/7 environment. Exceptional communication skills to coordinate response efforts across multiple teams.




  • Mindset: A relentless executor who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You are obsessed with metrics and outcomes, and you possess a "get-it-done" attitude.
